Latest valid release of the module

GET 
/module-releases/:module/latest

Returns the highest version among the valid manifests under MODULE_RELEASES_DIR/{module}/ using version_compare (0.6.10 > 0.6.9). Invalid manifests (broken JSON, version/module mismatch, unsafe file name, missing zip, size/sha256/signature error) are skipped. If there is no valid release, 404 release_not_found.

Default rate limit bucket (default, 60/min).
