Balance & Reporting

Your Rabisu balance is shown at the top of the Addons > Rabisu Bayi page.

ColorMeaning
GreenBalance is positive
YellowBelow the low balance threshold
RedZero or negative

Balance Movements​

Shows credit movements on your Rabisu account: refunds, manual credit, invoice payments. Data is fetched live. Click Load More for older entries.

Rabisu Services​

Lists all services you bought from Rabisu.

  • 50 services per page, newest first.
  • Search: IP or hostname (partial), customer email or name.
  • Columns: Rabisu ID, product, status, hostname, IP, customer, cost, sale, profit.
  • If you have a Rabisu discount tier, the cost is shown discounted, with the list price struck through and the tier rate below it.
  • A service not linked to a customer is shown as Unassigned. Use the rabisuid box to link it.

Terminated, cancelled or fraud services are shown as Closed. They are excluded from profit and the summary cards.

The summary cards (open services, monthly cost, monthly profit etc.) refresh every 5 minutes. Click Refresh to update them now.

Reporting​

  • Profit / Sales Summary: Per billing period sales, the cost you pay Rabisu and profit of active and suspended services. Grouped by sale currency, with the currency shown next to each amount. Cost is the amount Rabisu bills for the service (configurable options and discount tier included; cron refreshes it every 2 minutes). It is converted from your Rabisu account currency (for example USD) with the WHMCS rate; the rate used is shown above the table. With a discount tier the cost is discounted.
  • Import / Sync Log: Recent import and sync entries.

Low balance alert​

If the Low Balance Threshold on the Settings tab is above 0, you get one admin notification when the balance drops below it. 0 = off.
