Tier III infrastructure is defined as "Concurrent Maintainable" — planned maintenance does not affect running systems. Tier III+ adds additional power redundancy (2N+1) and advanced cooling infrastructure. Both levels guarantee 99.982% or higher annual uptime.

Co-location is currently available at our Turkey (Bursa), Bulgaria (Sofia) and Pakistan (Karachi) locations. You can place your own servers in these facilities and take advantage of power, cooling and connectivity infrastructure.

Our automatic scrubbing infrastructure with 10 Tbps+ capacity continuously analyzes incoming traffic at all locations. When an attack is detected (within <10 seconds), malicious traffic is filtered and clean traffic is forwarded to your server. The process works transparently, no manual intervention required.

Location selection should be based on the geographic distribution of your end users. We recommend our Bursa location for Turkey and Middle East focused projects, Germany or the UK for European traffic, and a multi-location combination for global distribution. Our European locations are operated under GDPR and our ISO 27001 certified processes ensure the security of personal data. You choose which location your data is stored in, and it does not leave that jurisdiction.

Yes. You can perform real-time ping, traceroute and MTR tests to any location on our Looking Glass tool. Each location also has test IP addresses and test files for bandwidth measurement.
